German and German-speaking members that are academics or work in other functions within academia in the Greater Toronto Area (GTA) are welcome to join the GAST, regardless if junior, mid-career or senior academic. The corporation is authorized to establish one class of members. Each member shall be entitled to receive notice of, attend and vote at all meetings of the members of the Corporation.
